Available Winter Programs
Introduction to Meditation (4 Weeks)
Psychoeducational | Individual | 75 minutes | $300
This program introduces participants to multiple forms of meditation, including awareness-based and movement-supported practices. Participants are supported in identifying approaches that align with their attention, temperament, and daily life.
Stretch, Flex & Align (4 Weeks)
Movement-Based Wellness | Individual | 75 minutes | $300
This program focuses on flexibility, alignment, mobility, and body awareness through floor-based and low-impact exercises. Sessions are educational and experiential, emphasizing safe movement patterns and efficient use of the body. The program is suitable for a wide range of bodies and activity levels and does not require prior movement experience.
Mind–Body Wellness Series (6 Weeks)
Psychoeducational | Individual | 75 minutes | $570
This series offers structured mind–body education focused on stress awareness, regulation, and resilience. Sessions integrate psychoeducation with experiential practices to help participants better understand how stress and emotional patterns manifest physically. The emphasis is on developing skills and increasing awareness, rather than on processing personal history or engaging in psychotherapy.
Introduction to Therapy (4 Weeks)
Psychoeducational | Individual | 75 minutes | $500
This four-week offering provides an introduction to the therapy process without engaging in formal psychotherapy. Sessions focus on psychoeducation, self-reflection, and understanding how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences interact. Participants explore common therapeutic concepts, clarify personal goals, and consider whether ongoing therapy or other forms of support may be helpful in the future.
These individual winter programs are offered on a limited basis and will be available through March 2026.
