Individualized stress management sessions are more interactive sessions and will include education, learning, and utilization of worksheets and a structured format.

Sessions are less insight-orientated than individual therapy sessions and are specifically geared at helping an individual develop increased knowledge in the area of the impact of stress and stress management. Individuals will acquire practical tools to help manage stress and regulate physiological reactions.

Our sessions are typically 60 minutes in length and the average workshop length is 6 sessions. The cost per session for the stress management workshop is $150. Stress management sessions are self-pay only, and insurance companies will not be billed for this service. Advance payment is expected for the total 6 session workshop ($900), payment may be divided into two payments.
